Return Policy
If a bag is not right, it can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Conditions
- The item must be unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase or the order number is required.
- Items marked as final sale cannot be returned.
How to start a return
Write to us through the contact page with the order number and the reason for the return. We reply with return instructions, usually within one business day.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return has been received and inspected, normally within 5 business days. Shipping costs are refunded only when the return is due to a fault or an incorrect item.
Exchanges
Exchanges follow the same process as returns. Place a new order for the replacement and return the original item; this keeps the replacement in stock for you.
