Terms of Service
By placing an order on this site you accept the terms below.
Orders
An order is confirmed once payment has been received. We may cancel an order if an item is out of stock, if the price was listed in error, or if fraud is suspected; in that case the payment is refunded in full.
Prices
Prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout and may change without notice. The price charged is the price shown at the moment the order was placed.
Product information
We describe colours and materials as accurately as possible. Screens differ, so a shade may appear slightly different in person. Dimensions are approximate and may vary by a small margin.
Intellectual property
Text, photographs and layout on this site belong to Atelier Noir and may not be reused without permission.
Liability
We are responsible for delivering goods that match their description. We are not liable for indirect losses, or for delays caused by carriers, customs or events outside our control.
